This photo was taken just outside of Ueno station and at the exit of Ueno Park. You can see the little McDonald’s logo in the lower right corner which is where Sarwat and I eat whenever we visit Ueno. Across the street (off the left edge of the photo) is Yodobashi Camera, a camera store that has just about everything in stock and everything out on display. We don’t have anything like that here in Canada. Off in the distance is Akihabara, which is only a modest walk away.
